That's why we pursue long-term relationships with our clients and their suppliers. As we get to know each other, all parties improve their knowledge of policies, procedures and systems and how to use them more effectively.

FRA is also highly flexible in accommodating your needs and systems for a smooth, efficient audit.

WHERE WE WORK—We can perform our audits at your offices or at our audit center. Generally, it works best if we work at our place so we don't tie up your valuable office space. And because we are generally working on older transactions, disruptions to your current operation are kept to a minimum.

DOCUMENTS AND SECURITY—Whether it's hard copy or data files, you can be assured of complete security and confidentiality of your records including vendor-specific offers. In addition, should you need any records returned to you during the audit, we'll do so promptly and at our expense.

SKILLED AUDIT STAFF—Unlike some audit firms, our experienced auditors do not rely solely on some "electronic data grinder" to find exceptions in your transactions. FRA's skilled auditors carefully examine and interpret your data, resulting in accurate, collectible claims.
